Midroc acquires Metalock Industrial Services in Sweden, Germany, UK and RSA

Metalock Machines is founded with the purpose to provide our colleagues in the global on-site machining industry with Better & Safer Portable Machining Tools
The group was founded through the patent of Flux-Cored Arc Welding Electrodes. Invented by Oscar Kjellberg of ESAB

The first portable on-site machining equipment was developed
