The Metalock Machines Portable Traversing Line Boring Machine MPB60 marks the beginning of our mission to provide the industry with advanced and safer portable machining tools.
The MPB60 is the ideal solution for a wide range of boring tasks, including single bores, line boring, grooving, and facing. It handles bore diameters from 65 to 600 mm, rotates up to 300 RPM, and features a 100 W feed servo motor for precise axial displacement ranging from 0.04 to 0.24 mm/rev (feed) or up to 738 mm/min (traverse).

The digital wired Control Unit enables safe, exact operation with an intuitive interface. The MPB60 also includes a modular tool post for different diameters and an adjustable cutting tool, along with versatile accessories such as conversion kits for various bar diameters. Safety is a priority, with all hazardous moving parts clearly marked in bright Metalock yellow.
